Spectator
Seating: Spectator
seating inside the fenced in area will be limited to marked
locations. However, there are a number of areas outside the fence that are
elevated, offer a good view of the pool, and are in the shade. Due
to the limitations on seating, we
recommend that spectators bring their own portable seating for the
meet. For spectators with health concerns, here will be seating available
inside the climate-controlled clubhouse overlooking the pool.
We will not be able to provide
bleacher seating this year. The Homeowners association has informed us
that for liability reasons, bleachers will not be allowed.
Team
Areas: Swimmers
will be located outside the pool fence and should be able to locate themselves
in the general area of other teams from their division.
Clerk of
Course: The
Clerk of Course areas will be divided. The 25 meter event Clerk of Course
will be inside the baby pool. We ask the 25 meter swimmers to enter the
pool area through the entrance to the pool near start of their race, but to
leave the pool area through the back gate near the end of the race. The
Clerk of Course for the 50 and 100 meter events will be in an area near the
back gate. We ask the 50 meter swimmers to enter and leave the pool area
through the back gate.
Tee-Shirts: Tee-Shirts will be on sale at
the meet for $15 each. Names of each swimmer and alternate appear on the
back. Like last year, there will be no advance bulk orders. Advance

Assignments:
Each team listed is requested to supply a timer to the spot listed
below. The slot may be filled with two timers who trade off between
strokes as needed. Each team should supply their own watches.
