To keep their certifications current, CSL officials must attend clinics and pass appropriate tests at least every two years. Annual recertification is recommended.
New CSL officials, in addition to attending the clinic and passing the test, must work three (3) apprentice ("shadow") sessions and submit the Referee sign-off cover sheet to the CSL Certification Manager.

Current list of officials (as of 8/5/2016) is here. Note that officials who were last certified in 2014 or earlier may not work Divisionals or All-stars in 2016, nor may they work any meets in 2017 and beyond without recertifying.
