New 8-Under Events at Developmental Meets

At Developmental meets this summer, CSL will be moving to a new event structure for 8&Unders. The intent of the change is to mitigate some of the problems we've had for years which are associated with the current 1/1A separation of 7-8s from 6&Unders.
From an end-user perspective (end user = parent or swimmer), there won't be much of a difference. Results and ribbons will be very much like they are now, with 6&Unders and 7-8s separated. However, volunteers will be affected in various ways.
